Biography:

Derek Wheeler is a Development Project Manager for Integra Land Company and has been with Integra since 2006. In this position, Derek works primarily on development, entitlements, budgets, and contracts for projects in the South East, overseeing progress and working with construction personnel, contractors, and other project management team members.

Prior to joining Integra, Derek was an engineer with Texas Instruments, overseeing manufacturing for HVAC systems.

Derek graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Material Science and Engineering and earned his Masters of Business Administration in Real Estate & Finance from the University of Florida.

Derek currently holds a Florida Real Estate license and is a LEED accredited professional

He lives in Orlando, Florida with his wife and daughter.
