Biography:

Robert McDaniel brings 12 years of real estate experience to Integra Land Company. Participating in multifamily management, construction lease up, land acquisitions, equity and debt finance, and stabilized portfolio acquisitions, Robert draws upon a vast array of experience and a solid foundation of industry relationships for the benefit of Integra and its partners.

In 1998, Robert joined Contravest, located in Lake Mary, Florida, on the leasing and management team for a new multifamily construction lease up. From 1998 through 2005, he served as a manager of a stabilized apartment property, land acquisitions manager, development manager and vice president. He sourced approximately $20 million in land acquisitions for the company, resulting in an estimated 2,000 multifamily units of development. Robert developed the financial model for these projects, assisted in the sourcing of the equity and debt financing, and development and design aspects of these projects.

Robert subsequently joined the Bainbridge Companies, a luxury multifamily development and investment company based in Wellington, Florida, to become its Central Florida development manager. During his tenure from 2005 to 2007, Robert sourced and closed approximately $30 million dollars in land acquisitions for the development of nearly 1600 multifamily units.

In the spring of 2007, Robert joined Integra Land Company, a company founded by his brother David, as a Vice President responsible for managing the company’s portfolio assets as well as the sourcing and development of new projects

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University in 1991. An Orlando area resident since 1998, Robert is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida. He currently resides in Lake Mary with his wife and 2 children.
